Systems Biology and Network Medicine

In recent years we assisted at a paradigm shift in Medical studies, by moving from studying a single gene to studying systems of genes and their interactions, and more in general from studying single biological components to studying biological systems as a whole resulting from the interactions of connected components. In this context Systems Biology and Network Medicine played a key role.

• Analysis of biomolecular networks through parametrized Hopfield Networks
• Scalable methods for the analysis of big biomolecular networks
